On check in you will be welcomed to Burleigh Esplanade Apartments by our friendly staff, we will require photo identification for guest security, we do require full payment for your accommodation either by credit card, (please note there is a surcharge of 1.95% on Visa 1.95%, Mastercard or EFTPOS 0.08%), a $250 pre-authorisation on a credit card or by cash deposit whichever you prefer is also required for the security on the apartment.

Check in is at 2pm and check out is 10am. If you do require an earlier check in of check out, please contact reception and we will try to accommodate your request, please understand that the cleaners do require adequate time to clean the apartments before a guest checks in and your request is subject to availability on the day.

Standard Apartments are just as stated Standard, they do not have Air Conditioning however do have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the lovely sea breezes
Superior Apartments include Air Conditioning in the Living area, Main Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom, some apartments have minor improvements.
Deluxe Apartments have Air Conditioning in the Living Area, Main Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom, 2nd TV they also include modern kitchen and bathrooms along with an updated décor & furnishings.

We are very fortunate to have 2 Penthouses available; both penthouses are located on the 25th floor with the most amazing views from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise. They present to the highest standard featuring a split level design so surprise that someone special and book into the Penthouse for a few nights or longer as once you arrive you will not want to leave.

All the apartments are fully self-contained, they have full kitchen facilities, lounge / dining area, separate bedrooms and bathrooms as well as laundry.

Yes all the 1 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are the same size, our apartments are very generous in size being some of the most spacious on the Gold Coast, with a total floor plan of 16sq plus 6sq of Balcony
We have 25 floors with only 2 apartments on each floor.
Our Building offers one of the most amazing views from all aspects of the apartment, the front balcony overlooks the Burleigh Heads Beach and Ocean. You can then look North to the spectacular views of Surfers Paradise, if that is not enough you can view the coastline to Coolangatta to the South. You will never get sick of the ocean views however for a change there are balconies off the bedrooms that look out over the Gold Coast Hinterland. – the lower apartments do have limited views however all apartments have view to the ocean.

Yes you are welcome to have extra people in your apartment up to the maximum occupancy,

1 Bedroom rate includes 2 guests using existing bedding, extra guests up to 3
2 Bedroom rate includes 4 guests using existing bedding, extra guests up to 5
3 Bedroom rate includes 6 guests using existing bedding, extra guests up to 7
Extra guests are charged at $40 per night (includes rollaway bed) Guests are required to register at reception.

Full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans toaster and kettle. As the apartments are individually owned they can vary from each apartment.

All linen is provided in the Apartments. Our apartments are not serviced daily, bookings of 10 nights or longer do receive a mid stay service. All of our apartments do come fully equipped with Laundry facilities for your use during your stay. Should you require extra linen or amenities during your stay we can certainly arrange this for an additional charge.

If you book on our website or call our reception direct we offer a 5% discount

Yes if your stay is 10 days or longer you will receive a service mid way through your stay at no charge. If you require an extra service we are more than happy to organise housekeeping to attend to this at an extra charge.

Yes we have the most amazing Wi-Fi with no drop outs, we offer unlimited free Wi-Fi for 2 devices per apartment.

Yes all of our Apartments have a Hair Dryer for use during your stay.

Pool towels are available at reception for a small charge of $5.00 per stay.

Yes we can supply all equipment required for a baby during your stay, a portable cot or highchair can be hired for $15 per night or $80 per week for each item, if you require any other items please contact our office we can arrange to hire any items through a local supplier, and ensure that they are in your apartment on your arrival. Please be sure to notify our staff of the items you wish to hire at the time of making your booking.

The beach is a great place to get married, so how amazing to get ready with the wedding party in one of our great apartments with the beautiful back drop of the Burleigh Heads Beach, or even better stay in the luxurious Penthouse, we can also organise to have some photos from the top of the building to add the grandeur of the day. The Bride and Groom can even make Burleigh Esplanade Apartments their honeymoon destination.

Yes at Burleigh Esplanade Apartments we have undercover secure parking, there is 1 car space allocated per apartment.

I am sorry no pets are allowed at Burleigh Esplanade Apartments

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED within all apartments, on it’s balconies and all common areas which includes the land.
If the smoke is detected in the apartment there will be extra charges for cleaning and deodorizing of the apartment.

Yes, we offer a FREE tour service for all of the theme parks and attractions that are available on the Gold Coast as well as the Sunshine Coast attractions, we have extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast and happy to advise you on all the activities.

A 5 minute walk across the Gold Coast Highway you can find a number of cafes & restaurants open for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. 2 blocks away on the corner of Fifth Avenue & Gold Coast Highway there is a 7/11 for all those last minute items along with a McDonalds. The hub of Burleigh Heads is located approximately 800metres you can enjoy the Boutiques, cafes, restaurants which include the popular Rick Shores and Oskars Restaurants, there is also a Woolworths Metro or if you prefer a larger shopping centre head up to Stocklands which is 2.6km drive. Coles Supermarket is located on the Gold Coast Highway at Miami is a short 10 minute walk.

Burleigh Esplanade Apartments is located between both the North Burleigh Surf Club and Burleigh Heads Surf Club a 10 minute walk to each club which caters for breakfast, lunch and dinners.

Certainly we are more than happy to help with your grocery delivery if you wish to organise prior to your arrival. If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like to surprise a special someone please contact reception and it would be our pleasure to assist you.

9am – 12am Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

We do provide a service for guests to check in or check out after hours, we have a safe located on the left hand side wall at the main entrance, if you will be arriving after 4 pm weekday or 12 weekends we will text a code to the safe to your mobile phone, when you arrive you can enter the code and your keys and instructions to your apartment will be waiting for you. For checking out all you need to do is place your keys in the slot of the safe on the morning of departure.

For emergency calls after hours you are welcome to phone reception from your room or alternatively we do have a mobile number accessible to our guests to call.
Burleigh Esplanade Apartments is a secure building after hour’s, access to the resort after hours requires your room fob to be swiped at the entrances to the resort.

Burleigh Esplanade Apartments offer our guests a covered pool which is heated to a temperature of 28 degrees and the spa is heated to 39 degrees.

Directly in front of Burleigh Esplanade Apartments is the gorgeous patrolled beach of Burleigh Heads. It also features picnic areas, BBQ’s along with a riding/walking track to take in the sites.

Translink operate the public bus service on the Gold Coast. You can walk a short distance to the Gold Coast Highway where the services run frequently between Coolangatta and Southport, if you require timetables please visit reception and we can print out a planner for you to get you where you need to go.

Burleigh Esplanade Apartments are located about 15 minute drive (12.2km) from Gold Coast Airport, about $55 by Taxi Phone: 131008.

If you require transport to/from Brisbane Airport door to door, we can organise this through Con-X-ion you just need to let us know your flight details and how many people will be travelling and we can do the rest, or alternatively a bus service to Robina or Varsity Lakes Train Station connecting with the Air Train direct to the airport.
